Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something doesn't work out, we're here to help make it right. We offer a 30-day return window for most items, so you can shop with confidence.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • 30-Day Return Window: If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.

How to Return:

  • Contact Us First: Just shoot us an email at cc@crumbshome.com with your order number. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Once your return request is approved, we'll send you clear instructions, and the shipping will be handled as follows:
    • For Quality Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: You must use the specific prepaid label provided by us. We do not accept or reimburse any returns sent via self-selected shipping methods or independent carriers without our prior written authorization.
    • For Non-Quality Issues (Change of mind, etc.): Customers are fully responsible for covering all return shipping costs and must send the item(s) to our designated return address provided by our customer service team.
  • Processing Refunds: Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The funds will be credited to your original payment method.

Important Things to Know:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If something's wrong with your order, let us know within 7 days, and we'll take care of it right away – whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
