Thank you for shopping with Crumbs Home! We know you are excited to receive your order, and we are just as excited to get it to you. We proudly ship across the United States and offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. By partnering with advanced fulfillment centers nationwide, we ensure your products arrive as quickly and safely as possible.

Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and more.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: High volume periods, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays in processing.


2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days)


3. Carriers & How to Track Your Order

To guarantee the fastest delivery, our fulfillment network utilizes various major carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and specialized local courier networks.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Important Tracking Note: If your tracking number starts with "TBA", it means your package is being delivered by our specialized expedited courier partner. Please use the following official link to track TBA packages: www.swiship.com.


4. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations within our network to get them to you faster. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.


5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Because we utilize an automated fulfillment system to get your order to you as fast as possible, we have a very small window to make changes or cancel an order once it is placed. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cc@crumbshome.com. While we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been sent to our warehouse for processing.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to avoid order cancellation.
  • Non-Contiguous US: At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we strive for perfect delivery, issues can occasionally occur in transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 3 business days, please contact us at cc@crumbshome.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
